Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes.

Just place your order through our web store and choose 'Curbside - Portland' or 'Curbside - Boston'. Or, call either store. We will contact you with your first available pickup date and time. In most cases, you can pickup same day, often as soon as within an hour. But your flexibility is greatly appreciated.

Do you offer same day local delivery?

Yes, we now offer same day delivery in Portland and Boston.

How to Order:

Online - Choose 'Delivery (Portland or Boston)' for shipping method at checkout. We'll contact you to confirm the items are in stock, and set up the day, time and exact location for your delivery.

Phone - Call us! We'll confirm the items are in stock, take payment, and set up the day, time and exact location for your delivery.

Recurring - Let us do take care of the details... just tell us what you'd like and how often, and we'll do the rest. Whether it's every month, every 5 weeks or any other frequency we will make it happen.

Details:

  • FREE: up to 50lbs, within 10 miles, minimum $100 order before tax and discounts
  • Orders under $100: $5 delivery fee
  • Bulky orders: After 50lbs, a surcharge applies of $5 for every 50lbs
  • A signed delivery agreement is required. You only have to do this once though!
Can I return something if I don't like it?

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, please return it to us with your receipt within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Fit is important, so we encourage you to try items on your pet, but please be sure any returned item is completely unused, free of pet hair, and please include the tags and any accompanying packaging. Holiday-specific items (Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine’s Day or Easter) must be received before the holiday to be eligible for return or exchange. Note: items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.
